1. Definition of a Sample

A sample is a prototype garment created to help clients assess the quality, fit, and design of a product before placing a bulk order. Samples are crucial for ensuring that the final product aligns with the client’s vision and specifications.

2. Availability of Samples

We offer sample production for all types of apparel we manufacture, including casual wear, formal wear, activewear, and accessories for both men and women. Clients can request samples for any design they are considering for production.

3. Sample Fees

A fee is required for the production of samples, which covers the costs of materials and labor. The sample fee varies based on the complexity of the garment and the materials used. Clients will receive a detailed quote before the sample is made, the price start from IDR 250.000 *not included materials.

4. Requesting a Sample

Clients can easily request a sample by reaching out to our customer service team. They should provide detailed information about the desired garment, including design specifications, preferred materials, and any specific features. This information helps us create a sample that meets their expectations.

5. Turnaround Time

The turnaround time for sample production generally ranges from 2-3 weeks. This timeframe can vary depending on factors such as design complexity, fabric availability, and current production schedules. We will provide clients with an estimated timeframe when they place their sample request.

7. Sample Fee Credit

8. Non-refundable Sample Fee

If a client chooses not to proceed with a bulk order after receiving the sample, the sample fee will not be refunded. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with producing the sample.
